MUHGPT is an AI-powered platform offering chat, image generation, coding assistance, and an autonomous Pro Agent. We operate at muhgpt.com and chat.muhgpt.com.

2. What Data We Collect
We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services. When you sign in via a social provider (Google, Facebook, or Telegram), we receive and store:
- Profile picture — your account avatar
- Email address — for account identification and support
- Display name — as provided by the social login provider
- Provider account ID — to link your social account to your MUHGPT account
We do not collect passwords, phone numbers, or payment card details directly. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
We also collect usage data such as token consumption per billing period to manage plan quotas and enforce our fair-use policy.

- To create and manage your MUHGPT account
- To deliver the AI services you request
- To manage your subscription plan, token quota, and billing history
- To provide customer support
- To enforce our community safety rules (content moderation)
4. How We Store & Protect Your Data
Your data is stored in a secure, private database hosted on our server infrastructure. We apply the following protections:
- All connections are encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
- Database credentials and API keys are stored outside the public web root
- Passwords (for direct accounts) are hashed using bcrypt + pepper — never stored in plain text
- Access to your account data is not shared with unauthorized parties
Your data is stored for the purpose of account recovery and service continuity. It is not sold, rented, or given to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Do We Share Your Data?
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Social login providers (Google, Facebook, Telegram) — only during the authentication flow
- Payment processors (crypto and card gateways) — only the transaction-relevant data required to complete a payment
- Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
AI requests are processed via third-party AI model providers (such as OpenRouter). Message content may be sent to these providers to generate responses, but is not stored by MUHGPT for profiling or advertising purposes.
6. Payments & Billing
MUHGPT offers paid subscription plans processed through secure third-party payment gateways supporting:
- Bank cards (via our card payment gateway)
- Cryptocurrency payments
We do not store your card number or crypto wallet keys. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processor partners.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You must submit a refund request to support@muhgpt.com
- Your token consumption must not significantly exceed the plan's limits (we review this case-by-case)
- Refunds may be granted even after the subscription expires — provide proof of your subscription and low usage, or allow us to verify your account directly
- Accounts with high legitimate usage may receive partial refunds at our discretion
If you genuinely did not benefit from our service, reach out to us — we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
7. Content Moderation
MUHGPT operates an automated content safety system. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
- Attempts to circumvent or "jailbreak" AI safety guardrails
- Hacking, exploitation, or system abuse attempts
- Any other content that violates our Terms of Service
Violations are detected automatically. Accounts that violate these rules will be banned immediately and permanently without prior notice.
We do not actively monitor individual conversations, but our automated blacklist system flags and blocks policy-violating content in real time.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format

9. Age Requirements
MUHGPT is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact us at support@muhgpt.com and we will take appropriate action.
