1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MUHGPT (available at muhgpt.com and chat.muhgpt.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MUHGPT provides AI-powered services including:

• AI Chat — conversational AI assistant powered by multiple language models
• Image Generation — AI-generated images based on text prompts
• Codex (Coding Assistant) — AI assistant for writing and debugging code
• Pro Agent — an autonomous software engineering agent (Pro plan only)
• API Access — programmatic access for developers (with API key)

Services are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use MUHGPT, you must create an account by signing in with one of the supported providers: Google, Facebook, or Telegram.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

MUHGPT may be used for lawful, constructive, and ethical purposes, including:

• Personal productivity, learning, and research
• Creative writing, coding, and content creation
• Business applications and professional tasks
• API integration for your own applications

You agree to use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

5. Prohibited Content & Actions

The following are strictly forbidden on MUHGPT:

• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content of any kind
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Attempts to bypass, jailbreak, or manipulate AI safety guardrails
• Any attempt to hack, exploit, or perform unauthorized access on our systems
• Spamming, scraping, or automated abuse of the platform
• Generating content that violates intellectual property rights
• Using MUHGPT to generate phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
• Sharing or selling your account credentials or API keys
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans

Our automated content moderation system monitors for policy violations in real time. Detected violations trigger automatic banning of the account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

MUHGPT offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan — limited monthly token quota, access to standard AI models
• Pro Plan — higher token quota, access to premium models, Pro Agent, and priority support

Payments are accepted via:

• Bank card (via our secure card payment gateway)
• Cryptocurrency (via our crypto payment gateway)

Subscription periods begin on the date of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly set to do so. Your account balance and usage are tracked and accessible from your account dashboard.

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• You must contact us at support@muhgpt.com to request a refund
• Your token consumption must not be significantly high relative to the plan purchased
• Refund requests are accepted even after the subscription period expires
• You must provide proof of your prior subscription (e.g. payment confirmation) or consent to allow us to verify your account usage directly
• Accounts with high usage may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion

No refunds will be issued for accounts banned due to Terms of Service violations.

8. Account Termination

MUHGPT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any part of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected on your account
• You attempt to circumvent our security or safety systems

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@muhgpt.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MUHGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose

AI-generated content is produced by language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUHGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of MUHGPT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

For significant changes, we may notify active users via email or in-app notification.
